Connect an Already-Installed POS

Use this only when BhojanaPro is already installed on the cashier PC and you need to connect it to this cloud account. The PAIR code expires in 10 minutes and can be used once. It does not activate a new installation or authorize the first-run setup wizard.

Run it from a terminal inside the existing BhojanaPro folder. This connects that installation for cloud sync; it is not needed for a new POS downloaded below.

Windows POS Launcher

Recommended for a new cashier PC: the package is tailored for your store, includes approved restaurant details and plan limits, and automatically activates on first launch over HTTPS. The setup wizard then lets you review those details and create the local Admin PIN. First launch needs internet; after setup, local POS operations can continue offline. Downloading again invalidates the previous unused package authorization.

How to Enable Server Sync on Your Cashier PC:
  1. Download your customized config.json and run_bhojana_pos.bat from the Tailored Downloads tab.
  2. Place both files in your Cashier PC folder: C:\Bhojana Pro\.
  3. Double-click run_bhojana_pos.bat to start the local Edge Server.
  4. The server connects to ws://api.bhojanapro.com:3000/ws/store and begins transmitting live table status and settling bills to AWS.
  5. If your restaurant's Wi-Fi drops, the local POS continues running 100% offline and saves orders to sync_outbox.json. When Wi-Fi returns, bills are automatically synchronized!
